We do not allow people to resell or relist any codes purchased from us without explicit permission from UPCs.com. Amazon Brand Registry
Amazon's Brand Registry program has its own rules for product identifiers, and Amazon may require brands enrolled in it to use GTINs licensed in the brand's own name, or to obtain a GTIN exemption. Those requirements are set by Amazon and can change without notice. If your brand is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, check Amazon's current requirements before purchasing; our codes are issued under the original prefix owner's name and may not be accepted for Brand Registry listings. For other Amazon listings, and for every other marketplace and retailer, our codes work as standard UPC/EAN numbers. If a code is rejected, contact us within 90 days of purchase.
Opt out
You may opt out of any future contact from us by emailing us your order number and stating that you want to opt out of all future contact, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. See also Communication preferences.
Payments & refund policy
We accept various forms of payment. We do offer refunds, however, there will be a 50% restocking fee for issues outside of our control due to the time and money it takes to issue and reissue codes. Most other companies do not offer refunds due to the nature of how codes are issued. A 50% fee will cover our expenses to issue and reissue codes.
You can read more about our refund policy here.
